Official Rules

1. How to play: Go to GoProductsUSA.com or ultimatetailgating.com - Sign in by entering your email address and the contest code printed on  the postcard, rack card, or banner. Game ends 12.31.10 or when supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first. For a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: "UT Sweepstakes" GO! Prodcuts, Inc., 655 W. Grand Avenue, Suite 370, Elmhurst, Illinois, 60126.  Limit one entry per email address. No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions. Requests must be postmarked by 12.10.10 and received by 12.24.10.

2. Prizes/ Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Grand Prize (1): 2 Tickets to the 2011 Professional Championship Game in Arlington, Texas,  and  a Grill N Chill gas grill and cooler combo. ARV=$7500.  Winner must take delivery from dealership designated by Sponsor.

3. Grand prize winners will be notified of prize winning by mail/email and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited). Signed release must be returned within 30 days. Failure to comply with this condition will result in forfeiture of prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner's consent to use his/her name, photograph, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation.

4. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC 18 years of age and older. Employees of Ultimate Tailgating, its parent company, and the affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, promotion and advertising agencies, or agents of any of these and the household members of each are not eligible to participate.

5. General: All prize claims are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. The decisions of the judges are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If any prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in the minor's name to a parent or legal guardian. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail, prize claims or game piece requests or for technical failures or malfunctions of any kind, including lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmissions. All game materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Applicable Federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of Winners. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions permitted, except as provided herein. Game pieces are automatically void if they are reproduced, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if they are obtained through unauthorized or illegitimate channels, or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors. Liability for game pieces containing printing or other errors is limited to replacement with another game piece while supplies last.

By accepting prize, winner agrees to release the Sponsor, its agents and their respective officers, directors and employees from liability for any claim arising from or in connection with participation in this game or the use/misuse of any prize awarded, and acknowledges that Sponsor has not made any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to any pries, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Only the number of prizes stated in the Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, the number of prize claims received exceeds the stated number of prizes, such prizes will be awarded through a random drawing after the contest closing date from among all eligible prize claims received.
